This includes new property setup, properly preparing and cleaning the home, marketing the property, greeting prospects and at times vendors, providing concierge services- repair quotes, arranging repairs, handling all paperwork and bills, and so much more.

Owners have 24-hour online Access to the property records and accessible text and email communication to the management team. Properties are usually rented for 6- or 12-month terms, and management fees are based on a percentage of the rental rates collected. These comprehensive services can be customized for every property to meet the needs of the owner and their tenants. We have a dedicated team of full-time property managers that work closely with our professional administrative specialists to help you maximize your property ownership investment.
